For cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the check-in date (excluding the check-in date), a charge of 10% of the tariff will apply.
Cancellations made less than two weeks but more than two working days before the check-in date (excluding the check-in date) will incur a charge of 50% of the tariff
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two working days before the check-in date (excluding the check-in date).
Rescheduling Policy
Enjoy the flexibility of rescheduling or preponing your booking once for free if the request is submitted two weeks or more before the check-in date/time. Please note that once a booking has been rescheduled or preponed, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
For requests made between 48 hours and two weeks before the check-in date/time, a charge of 10% of the tariff will be applied.
Requests received within 24 to 48 hours before the check-in date/time will incur a charge of 50% of the tariff.
Kindly note that modifications are not possible for requests made within 24 hours of the check-in time
